GLOPRAM’S MODULES

What can Glopram be used for?

Project selection and bid comparison

Estimation des coûts/bénéfices marchands et monétisation des coûts/bénéfices non-marchands pour chaque projet/offre

Communication to stakeholders

Estimation du bénéfice net pour les différentes catégories d’usagers/parties prenantes

Forecasting and monitoring the institution’s budget

Estimation du coût ou bénéfice net pour l’Institution sur différents horizons temporels

A complementary evaluation tool

The GLOPRAM complements conventional analyses by evaluating the positive and negative fiscal impacts induced by a project, distinguishing between the state and local government budgets.

Simple and visual results

The GLOPRAM is based on socio-economic and environmental analyses and on the main social and fiscal rules of the country to produce the evaluation of the budgetary effects of a project: cash flows and net present value.

A tool that can be adapted to the specificities of your project

The GLOPRAM approach is applicable to all types of projects: transportation, energy, wastewater treatment, nurseries, schools, etc.

The analysis is carried out on a case-by-case basis to take into account the specificities of each project and the macroeconomic factors specific to each geographical area.

Who is GLOPRAM designed for?

GLOPRAM is intended for public decision-makers who must make investment choices with the objective of maximum economic and budgetary efficiency.

This new project evaluation model is intended to be disseminated to institutions that would like to have an overview of the impacts of their projects.
